1. Subscription Agreement

These Terms do not govern the use of the digital customer loyalty program service as well as other services (the “Service”) operated by Current Initiative Consulting.

If you are accessing or using the Service, then you are subject to Current Initiative Consulting’s Subscription Agreement (currently available at:
currentinitativeconsulting.com/subscription-agreement,
or such other written contract as may be separately agreed and signed between you and Current Initiative Consulting).


2. Current Initiative Consulting Content

The Site contains HTML, applications, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, profiles, works of authorship and other content (collectively, “Content”) of Current Initiative Consulting or its licensors (“Current Initiative Consulting Content”).

The Site (including the Current Initiative Consulting Content) is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws; and as between you and Current Initiative Consulting, Current Initiative Consulting owns and retains all rights.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, display, or otherwise use any Current Initiative Consulting Content.

Current Initiative Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total aggregate liability will not exceed $200 USD.


12. Responsibility for End Users

You are responsible for violations of these Terms by anyone using the Site with your permission or your account.

Current Initiative Consulting may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

We may investigate violations, remove content, or cooperate with law enforcement as needed.
