Project Plan for 5013c Non-Profit Business Formation and Strategy

About the Project:

The project was to create a project plan for a US 5013c non-profit corporation formation. The goal of the project was to outline the necessary steps, delivery dates, determine responsibility for individuals in the work group based on expertise, as well as determine and map dependent tasks.

Deliverables:

I delivered a full project plan for a 105-day business plan for a non-profit business within a one week period, including detailed steps and links for each step as necessary.

Our Process / What We Did:

Brief transparency into the process you follow with clients that get your clients results they want. I met with the client in-person, over a 90minute brain storming session, determined the goals of the client in business formation and general business strategy. Over the course of the next 3 business days, a project plan was assembled after researching 5013c formation. This project plan was then presented to the client to determine next steps.

Results:

Client was highly satisfied with project planning, and was able to determine necessary budget to continue next steps.
